Ohio lawyer Robert W. Kerpsack is the principal shareholder in the Columbus, Ohio law firm of Robert W. Kerpsack Co., L.P.A. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University. He is Graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and is recognized as an “Advocate” by the National College of Advocacy.

He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Bob has served as the chairperson of the Insurance Law Sections of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He has also served as the Ohio Delegate to ATLA’s Board of Governors.

Bob is a frequent author and speaker on continuing legal education topics ranging from insurance law and unfair consumer practices.

Bob holds an AV rating (the highest available rating for professional skill and integrity) from the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory, and is listed in the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers.
